At Pawzzey, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Details:

  • All orders qualify for free standard shipping

  • Processing Time: 1-4business days (excluding weekends/holidays)

  • Delivery Times:

    • Domestic: 3-7 business days

    • International: 10-21 business days

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Important Notes:

  1. International Customers:

    • You may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties (determined by your country)

    • Beautexis does not cover these additional charges

  2. Address Accuracy:

    • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout

    • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  3. Order Changes:

    • Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to cancel/modify your order

    • Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped
